Are You Seeking God First?

Do you get up in the morning and read scripture, have prayer, or meditate on the word of God? Christians should always have their priorities in order. God is our number one priority. He is the one who allows us to wake up every morning. He is the one who allows us to be productive in life. He is the one who has given unto us this Abundant Life, and nothing should get in front of him. Although family, friends, and having employment is essential, even these things should not have priority over the Lord. Seek God first!

Matthew 6:33 – But seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Wonderful God, thank you for putting in my heart to understand that you must be first in my life. Please God, allow nothing to get in front of you.  In Jesus Name. Amen.
