When our CUP is COLD depending on the natural state of our body temperature, the contents within our CUP will produce a refreshing or a chilling reaction. In retrospect, the refreshing response alters the body temperature to coolness, while the chilling response causes the teeth to chatter and the throat to feel some discomfort. In either case, prepare for a famine; Collect sticks.
Jesus tells us in Psalms 23, that He is our Shepherd, and we shall not Want! Christians must transform their minds to understand that when it appears that something you need is being withheld by someone with a COLD or callous heart, “think again”. Sometimes, our COLD CUP, is letting us know, that you are ”lacking” faith, or a fruit of the Holy Spirit, essential to addressing your need. God has it all, but you must acquire it, through the only ONE who can deliver; JESUS Christ of Nazareth! Jesus can refresh your mind to understand that He supplies all our Needs, and no one else.
When your teeth chatter and your throat is uncomfortable, Jesus is expecting you to “chew” the Word and “swallow” it! So, collect “sticks”, listen to God, and through JESUS, your COLD experience will produce Spiritual Growth from a famine, something you lacked previously. COLD C.U.P. Consumed Under Pressure
