As part of American culture, we often use the adjective, “Sweet as Pie” in reference to someone whose persona is extremely pleasant and polite. When our CUP is Sweet, we often drink its contents with a sense of consolation and gratification. The palate is pleased, causing the flesh to be at ease. However, we must remember that all “sweets” are not what they appear. We must ask ourselves, what is the substance that makes our CUP sweet? Some sweets are easily digestible while others leave an undesirable aftertaste. The Lord warns us, that Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. The Sweet as Pie character of a person or group of individuals may appear to be extremely pleasant and polite, but the underlying heart may be evil and obdurate. God wants you to examine the contents of what is on the inside of the Pie (personal intellectual ego) of your Sweet CUP and take heed before consuming. Yes, Your Sweet CUPis sending the message to evaluate your personal interactions and connections. Collect Sticks and begin your Truth Table checklist to “Check Out Evil” until only theTruth remains. It is time to Check “it” Out!
In the study of mathematics, Truth Tables are utilized in the branch of Boolean Algebra, including functions and Propositional Calculus for the purpose of establishing the value of logical expressions. The logical statement values carry two possibilities, True or False. The Lord Jesus teaches us in 1 John 4, “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:”These two verses were given to us to structure what is Truth and what is Evil.
To Check “it” Out, Jesus gives us the evaluator in John chapter 16 where He shares with his disciples, …”Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine and shall shew it unto you…” This is your Truth Table sifter, The Holy Spirit of the Living God!
Jesus Christ is the Truth, and when He is spoken by and through the Power of the Holy Spirit, He is also Glorified! Although many acquaintances in your path will attempt to disguise their evil and obdurate hearts, remain alert, and Collect Sticks as you implement your Truth Table statements, “It is written”, “It is written”, “It is written!”JESUS gave us the perfect example of this in Matthew 4 when the devil attempted to cause Him to sin.Jesus Christ defeated the enemy and His lies by consistently and accurately sharing the Word of God, The Truth! Every Word was spoken in the Holy Spirit, defeating the enemy in every statement, promise, and proposition he made. Your Sweet as Pie CUP is an indicator that you have the resource to emulate these same responses and actions when evil is present, King Jesus! Use the Truth, to Check “it” Out!
Your Sweet as Pie CUP is placing you on alert! Carefully examine the substance within the Pie(personal intellectual ego),of your personal connections. Are their hearts of Christ or of Satan? The Lord reminds us that if it were possible, even the elect would be deceived (Matthew 24:24). If these Sweet as Pie imposters are nothing more than perpetrators influenced by evil spirits, sift them from your interactions and connections by speaking the Truth in every statement you make, and the Truth will eradicate every evil lie they speak. Glorify JESUS through the Power of the Holy Spirit in all of your actions and those who enjoy doing evil will stay away from you. Remember, darkness must flee when light is present. Collect Sticks and use your Truth Table Checklist to Check “it” Out!

..We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error… 1 John 4:6 KJV
