If you choose to harbor anger and bitterness towards others, you will find your soul tortured and unable to experience peace. I know at times it seems that when you forgive, you’re letting someone off the hook and they’re getting away. God sees it all, and revenge is in his hand. Always remember forgiving others is to release yourself.
Scripture:
Matthew 6:14-15…For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your father forgive your trespasses.
Prayer:
Dear God,
Thank you for the forgiveness of my sins, and also helping me to forgive others.
